Yes, you can create an account while you’re still enrolled in beauty or cosmetology school. To get started, we’ll need to verify your current enrollment using your student ID card.
Please contact us directly to set up your account. Note that all orders will be shipped to your school address.
We currently ship exclusively to licensed salon locations within North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska for most of our brands.
If you are located outside of these states, please contact us to discuss whether we can accommodate your request with brands that do not have restrictions.
Orders are typically delivered within 1–4 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping times may vary for special orders, extensions (3-5 business days), and drop-ship items.
Expedited shipping options (2-day and next-day) are available for an additional charge. Please contact us directly to arrange faster shipping.
We are committed to 100% accuracy and customer satisfaction with every shipment. If your order is not correct, we will make it right.
Claims for missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be submitted within 72 hours of receiving your order. Please include your invoice number and customer number when filing a claim.

Ensure the item is:
In new condition
In original packaging
Free of wear, damage, markings, stickers, or sun damage
Send back, give to your salon partner, or bring the item back to the warehouse according to the return process.
Once received, allow up to 10 business days for your refund to process.

Within 60 days → Full refund (no hassle)
After 60 days (up to 90 days) → Refund minus 25% restocking fee
After 90 days → No returns accepted
